PAPERLESS ORDER THIS CAUSE came before the Court, in a filing styled as "Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus," wherein the Petitioner requests this Court to take jurisdiction and grant a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241, and release the Petitioner via bond. This filing contains significant deficiencies and omissions that prevent this Court from ruling on the matter, let alone granting the relief sought. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that each party shall submit full expedited briefing on this matter no later than Monday, June 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Responses from each party shall be due no later than Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST. The Court will hold a hearing on this matter on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. EST, at 299 East Broward Boulevard, Courtroom 202A, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. At least one counsel of record shall appear in person for each party at the hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to the Clerk's notice of filing deficiency #4 , counsel for Petitioner must file electronically all documents that were previously filed conventionally.
